&pageText=To properly inspect the receiver assembly, you must check:& &label1=Rear sight& &label2=Cocking handle& &label3=Ejection port cover& &label4=Bipod& &label5=Accessory-mounting rail& &label6=Barrel locking latch& &poptext1=Ensure rear sight is securely mounted and operates properly.& &poptext2=Ensure cocking handle operates properly by pulling it to the rear and allowing it to slowly return forward, making sure the slide does not bind.& &poptext3=Check for damaged or missing ejection port cover, spring, and pin. Check for proper operation of ejection port cover.& &poptext4=Lower and raise bipod legs to ensure they move freely. Check bipod legs for cracks, or for twisted or incomplete assembly.& &poptext5=Check accessory-mounting rail for nicks or burrs that may prevent proper attachment of optional sighting devices.& &poptext6=Check barrel locking latch and cover detent for proper spring tension.&
